What started off as a question, a search for an answer about mindfulness has now become an inspiration to capture the essence of it. I have heard one person say that we don’t achieve what we are truly capable of in life because of broken focus. In other words we allow the distractions along the path of inspiration to get the better of us and then we detour off the highway of our dreams.
The next adventure in life is to live it, but sometimes as we do just that, in the living of it, we often travel along unexpected or unwanted paths facing bumpy roads. The question often is what do we do next? How do we respond to the bumpy roads. Do we blame the bumpy road for the flat tire or should we accept the flat tire and try our best to repair it and move forward?
Often times it is those who are able to maintain focus on the present moment which help us to navigate along the bumpy roads until a paved path appears. We call this experience and acceptance from which many lessons can be learnt. Here is the 2nd video in our Adventure Towards Mindfulness series.
